Shipping Policy Delta 8 Shipping Restrictions
IMPORTANT: Delta 8 products can be shipped to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.

Plume Order Handling
Our normal turnaround time is 24 hours from order placement. During busy periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing during holidays or large order volumes.

Our location is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST and is closed on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays.

Adult Signature Required
By law, all vape related delivery require an Adult Signature Confirmation. Recipients must show acceptable government-issued picture identification that verifies they are 21 years of age or older. This service costs an extra $7 and will be applied at checkout.

Alternatively, we can deliver to a business address. We are unable to send to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

Tracking & Delivery
At checkout you will see the shipping methods available and the anticipated delivery timings to your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated tracking email.

Shipping carriers are only open Monday through Friday, thus transit time estimates do not include weekends and holidays

State Regulations and Territorial Restrictions
Plume vape items may only be shipped to the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin.

Additional restrictions may apply based on State and local laws. In many jurisdictions, supplementary information is required before certain commodities can be transported.

Packages Not Delivered
For packages returned due to incorrect address we will refund reduced shipping expenses. We reserve the right to withhold a $14 restocking fee from the refund for packages returned due to failed adult signature verification.

Replacement shipments are subject to Plume’s discretion and will only be considered once we receive and process the returned package.

Parcels Lost or Missing
Customers are required to report any shipping concerns within 48 hours of the last tracking update. Delivery problems are the responsibility of the customer and must be handled directly with the carrier.

Plume is not liable for packages that the carrier has marked as “Delivered.” The consumer is responsible for any delays, returns or extra charges due to inaccurate shipping information submitted.

Replacement Orders and Warranty
All warranty and replacement orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping service.

Change of Order
We have the right to remove forbidden products from orders while we process acceptable items. In such circumstances we will have to cancel and refund the full order. “If we make any such changes to your order we will let you know.
